Return purchased items to ApplyLabWork within 30 days of the ship date. After 30 days, no return or exchange are accepted.
The item must be unopened, unused, undamaged, in the same condition you received, and in its original packaging.
Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number is required
Before returning an item, contact us at Service@ApplyLabWork.com, or visit and fill-out information at Customer Service web form page to obtain RMA number. Please explain the reason for the return, the details of your original order, and whether you want a refund or an exchange. When applicable, an RMA number will issue to you, please include RMA number in the package of the returned item, along with a copy of the original order information.
Pack the item accordingly to prevent damage in transit. You are responsible for shipping and insurance costs of the return.
Once return is received and inspected, an email notification will inform you whether your request for refund or exchange has been approved.
A restocking fee equals to 20% of the original purchase price of each item returned. Restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
When exchange is approved, the new item will ship, after payment of applicable fees are applied.
When a refund is approved, a credit will apply to your original method of payment. Refund may take 10 - 14 business days to reflect in your statement, before contacting ApplyLabWork, please check with your bank, or payment service.
International Buyers – Please Note:
There is NO return, exchange and refund for international orders. All sales are final.
